AC3 provides specialized inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair services for both façade access systems and crane equipment throughout California. We are uniquely qualified to serve both industries and are the only company in California to hold both SIT-2 and CA-231 accreditations. From BMU’s, powered platforms, and fall protection systems to mobile cranes, overhead cranes, and proof load testing, AC3 delivers the experience, compliance, and reliability needed to keep critical equipment operating safely and efficiently.
AC3 offers annual inspections and quadrennial proof load testing of mobile cranes, overhead cranes, container handling cranes, and aerial access equipment. Dielectric testing is offered for insulated booms of mobile cranes. Our trusted clients include Travis Air Force Base, Lockheed Martin, Everport, CalTrans, SSA, MCM, City of Santa Cruz, Clark Construction, and several wineries.
Nondestructive testing and structural inspection of Container Cranes, RTG Cranes, and other lifting apparatus. Testing procedures include visual, magnetic particle, and ultrasonic testing. Procedures are performed by an AC3 QC1 weld and ASNT Level II inspector. Program is overseen by an AC3 ASNT Level III inspector.
